    medium carrot, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)

    medium zucchini, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)

  • 1

    medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1

    cup Campbell's® Tomato Juice

  • 1/4

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4

    teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

  • 1/4

    teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2

    cups medium cooked tube shaped pasta (ziti) or medium shell-shaped pasta or rotini, drained

How to Make It

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots, zucchini and onion and cook until they're tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir the tomato juice, cheese, oregano and garlic powder in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the pasta in the skillet and heat through, stirring occasionally.
