pound ground beef
tablespoon chili powder
can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
cup Pace® Picante Sauce
large tomato, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
large avocado, pitted, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
cup sliced, pitted black olives
Cook the beef and chili powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the beans and picante sauce in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Top with the tomato, avocado, cheese and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
