Recipe Tips

  • Ingredient Note: We develop our recipes using a 4-to 5-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast half per serving. However, there are a range of sizes available in-store, from the butcher counter to the meat case and the freezer section. Use whichever you prefer- just follow the recipe as written above for the best result. If you're using larger chicken breasts they may require a little longer cooking time.

    Good recipe

I quite often use chicken thighs or slice one chic.breast in half (there are only 2 of us),partially cook them on the stove,I then,in a separate bowl mix the soup with 1/2can of water add my frozen mixed vege's to the soup mix, add the mix to the chicken in the pan which I drain the fat from first then cook the whole dish for about one hour by then the chic. is very tender and also has a nice gravy/sauce to go with it.I usually cook up mashed potatoes for the side dish.Excellent recipe.
