Heat the oven to 350°F.
Wash and trim the beans and spread them in a 17 x 11-inch roasting pan. Sprinkle the beans with the oregano and pepper. Pour the oil over the beans and toss to coat.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the beans from the oven and squeeze the lemon juice over them. Bake for 10 minutes or until the beans are tender.
