teaspoon dried thymeor dried basil leaves, crushed
cup dry bread crumbs
pounds bone-in chicken breast half, skin removed (4 breast halves)
Stir the soup, water, lemon juice and thyme in a 2-quart saucepan. Remove 1/2 cup soup mixture and place in a medium bowl.
Stir the bread crumbs and paprika on a plate. Dip the chicken into the 1/2 cup soup mixture and coat with the bread crumb mixture.
Place the chicken onto a baking sheet. Spray the chicken with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 375°F. for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
Heat the remaining soup mixture over medium heat until it's heated through and serve with the chicken.
