    can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1

    teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2

    cup shredded Cheddar cheese(about 2 ounces)

  • 2

    cans (4.5 ounces each ) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

  • 8

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 425°F.  Stir the soup, chili powder, cheese and chicken in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Place the tortillas onto 2 baking sheets.  Spread about 1/4 cup soup mixture on half of each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge.  Brush the edges of the tortillas with water.  Fold the tortillas over the filling and press the edges to seal.

Step 3

Bake for 10 minutes or until the filling is hot.

    Excellent!

    This was a quick and easy dinner to make. I added some tomatoes to the chicken/soup/cheese mix and it was good, added a bit of pop. I loosely measured my ingredients and then went for it. I managed to make 5 quesadillas with 2 chicken breasts and one can of soup. I'd definitely make this again.

    Delicious!

    I am sure this was not intended to be like the usual quesadilla. There are many variations that make it fun. By the way, you don't have to use the whole can of soup. If you drain the chicken thoroughly it will be less soupy. Don't forget to season with a little salt and I use white pepper. I also add some canned sliced jalapenos to spice it up! This is really delicious!

    Lighter Chicken Quesadillas

    I just made this for supper tonight and it was a hit! My husband LOVED it and my two year old devoured the first quesadilla I gave him and then asked for more! This will become a regular at our house!

    i was very disappointed in this dish, i even used an extra can of chicken and it was very soupy, no flavor, all you tasted was soup
