tablespoon vegetable oil
medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
cups cubed cooked chicken
ounces (about 1/2 cup) orzo pasta, cooked and drained
pouch (11 ounces) Campbell's® Chicken Marsala Skillet Sauce
cups packed fresh baby spinach
teaspoon lemon juice
cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Stir the chicken, orzo and sauce in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted. Stir in the lemon juice. Season to taste. Serve hot or at room temperature. Top with the cheese before serving.

Tried this tonight and it was YUMMY! A definite hit and will surely be made again. I did make a change to it however. I forgot to buy orzo pasta and had some wild mushroom risotto on hand, so I used that in place of the pasta. It turned out delicious! The skillet sauce was REALLY good! This dish could not have been easier. Putting it together was super fast too. Win/Win!

This is the first time I have tried the skillet sauces. I definitely will use them again - a lot of flavor added without the time needed to prepare a sauce. The one complaint from my 16 year old son - "You didn't make enough!" Next time I will double the recipe!
