pounds potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 5 cups)
tablespoon vegetable oil
medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
clove garlic, minced
can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
Place the potatoes in a 3-quart saucepan and cover with water. Add salt, if desired. Heat to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes well in a colander. Mash the potatoes with the milk and butter. Season to taste.
While the potatoes are cooking, heat the oil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add the gravy and heat through. Serve the gravy mixture over the potatoes.
