    Good

It was very easy to make. Taste was good; hubby said that it needed to have more spice.

    Wonderful option to traditional chili

Made this yesterday during a snow and ice storm. I changed it up a bit as I didn't have all the ingredients on hand. I sauteed an onion with the beef since I can't have corn. I used a can of white beans and black beans. It was a hit!!

    Mexican Beef & Bean Stew

I had some left over pot roast which I used in place of the steak, oil, and flour. My family loved it and because the meat was already cooked, we were eating it within an hour.

    Mexican Beef & Bean Stew

I made this stew three years ago and lost the recipe. Finally found it again on your site and made it again. My family loves it. I served it over Ditalini pasta that is great with soups.
