teaspoon dark brown sugar
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon kosher salt

fluid ounces V8® 100% Vegetable Juice (about 1 1/4 cups), chilled
fluid ounces tequila
tablespoons lime juice
tablespoon grated red bell pepper
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
teaspoon celery salt
fluid ounces jalapeño-infused blond ale-style beer, chilled
Stir the chili powder, brown sugar, garlic powder and salt on a plate. Rub the cut side of the lime around the rims of 2 glasses. Dip the rims of the glasses into the chili powder mixture to coat. Fill the glasses with ice.
Stir the vegetable juice, tequila, lime juice, red pepper, Worcestershire and celery salt in a pitcher. Stir in the beer. Season to taste. Pour the vegetable juice mixture into the glasses.
