    Mini Meatloaves Picante

Yum! Our Family LOVES this recipe, even our picky eater. It's very easy and has really great flavor. I did add some fresh minced garlic, salt and pepper. We had these with cheesy scalloped potatoes and corn. This one's a keeper!
