Some say the best things come in small packages, and we think you'll agree when you serve these mini sloppy joes. They're fun, no mess and taste even better when served in flaky, biscuit cups.
cost per recipe: $7.62
The price is determined by the national average.
package (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (junior-sized, 10 biscuits)
pound ground beef
medium onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (about 6 ounces)
Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin-pan cups with vegetable cooking spray.
Roll or pat the biscuits to flatten slightly. Press the biscuits into the bottoms and up the sides of the muffin-pan cups.
Cook the beef and onion in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir in the Worchestershire, soup and cheese and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Spoon the beef mixture into the biscuit cups.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Let the minis cool in the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes.

What a fun way to make sloppy Joe! I have a mini loaf pan and used big biscuits and it turned out great with just 10 minutes more in the oven. If you don't have or don't like tomato soup try it with golden mushroom soup and its a delicious twist. I will do this again with tomato OR even try with some other protean or soup. Totally fun to make.
