    pounds ground turkey or chicken

    package (10 ounces) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

    medium carrot, peeled and grated (about 1/2 cup)

    egg, beaten

    carton (18.3 ounces) Swanson® Turkey Gravy

How to Make It

Step 1

Set the oven to 425°F.  Thoroughly mix the turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, carrot, egg and 1/4 cup gravy in a large bowl.  Season the turkey mixture as desired.  Shape into 6 mini meatloaves.  Place the mini meatloaves into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.  Pour the remaining gravy over the meatloaves.

Step 2

Bake for 25 minutes or until the meatloaves are cooked through.
