    teaspoon garlic powder

     medium potato, peeled and cubed (about 6 cups)

     small onion, diced (about 1/4 cup)

  • 1/2

    pound smoked pork sausage, sliced

    cans Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup

How to Make It

Step 1

Season the beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat the beef with the flour. Heat the butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned on all sides, stirring often.

Step 2

Place the beef, potatoes, onion and sausage in a large baking dish or roasting pan. Stir the soup and water in a medium bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the beef mixture and stir until well mixed.

Step 3

Bake for 4 hours at 400°F. Stir at least 2 times during the baking time. Add the green beans for the last 30 minutes of baking time and stir before serving.

    Can you use a slow cooker?

    This looks so good but with our busy schedules I wonder if you can use the slow cooker vice the oven? How long, temp, and are there any different prepping required?
