How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini, onion and garlic powder and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 2

Stir the sauce in the skillet and heat through.

Step 3

Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.

    Made using mushrooms...DELICIOUS!!!! wIll be making this again, I think this time no sauce, but chicken broth and corn...sounds so good I think I'll make it tonight!

    Great

    Made this tonight and my husband loved it. I added Italian seasoning to my dish and served it with Rosemary rolls. I will make it again.
