tablespoons vegetable oil
medium zucchini, sliced (about 7 1/2 cups)
medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
teaspoon garlic powderor 1 clove garlic, minced
cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
cup shredded mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini, onion and garlic powder and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir the sauce in the skillet and heat through.
Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
