can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (8 breast halves)
medium carrot, sliced (about 1 cup)
large onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
medium potato, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
cup butter(1/2 stick)
Heat the oven to 450°F. Stir the soup and water in a medium bowl and set aside.
Place 1 chicken breast half onto a sheet of aluminum foil (12x18 inches each). Season the chicken as desired. Spoon 1/4 cup soup mixture onto each chicken breast half. Evenly divide the carrots, onion, potato on top of the chicken and top each with 1/2 tablespoon butter.
Fold 2 sides of foil together over the chicken and double fold, leaving room for the heat to circulate. Double fold the ends to seal the packet. Repeat with the remaining packets. Place the packets onto a baking sheet.
Bake the packets for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Carefully open the packets to serve.
