can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
cups uncooked long grain white rice
cup slivered almonds
teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
Stir the soup, water, rice, almonds and thyme in a 2-quart casserole. Cover the dish.
Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir the mixture. (Risotto will absorb liquid as it stands.) Let stand for 5 minutes.
