  • 1/2

    cup yellow mustard

  • 2/3

    cup Smucker’s® orange marmalade

  • 1/2

    teaspoon ground ginger

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Cook the pork chops for 10 minutes or until they are well browned on both sides. Place the browned pork chops into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

Step 2

Stir the mustard, marmalade and ginger in a medium bowl. Spoon the marmalade mixture evenly over the pork chops.

Step 3

Bake for 10 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.

    This was my *first ever* time cooking pork chops. Could not have been easier! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. The sauce is really tasty, hard to believe it only has 3 ingredients because it tastes more impressive than that! Would definitely make again.

    Easy to make

    We used deli mustard instead of yellow mustard and it turned out fabulous. Gave it a nice kick.

    Mmmmm Mmmmm GOOD!

    This was extremely easy and quick to make and was a HUGE success. Everyone loved it. I served i with cooked fresh green beans. The whole meal took only about 20 minutes and we were eating. I highly recommend you try this!
