How to Make It

Place the rice into a 3-quart saucepan.  Add water to cover by 1-inch.
Heat over medium-high heat to a boil.  Cover the saucepan tightly.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.  Remove the saucepan from the heat.  Let stand for 5 minutes.
