pound ground beef
medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
cloves garlic, minced
can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
cups Swanson® Beef Broth
teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
can (about 14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
small zucchini, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
cups uncooked rotini (spiral) pasta
Season the beef as desired. Cook the beef, onion and garlic in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate the meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup, broth, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and zucchini in the skillet. Heat to a boil. Stir in the rotini. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes or until the rotini is tender. Season to taste and serve hot.
