    cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing

  • 1 3/4

    pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • 1/4

    teaspoon paprika

  • 1

    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1/3

    cup milk

  • 1

    tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

How to Make It

Heat the oven to 400°F.  Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions. Spoon the stuffing across the center of a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Place the chicken on either side of the stuffing. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika. Stir the soup, milk and parsley in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.  Cover the baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

    Yum

    I tried this recipe with cream of chicken soup and it was delishish. Kids approved also. Serve with a small can of cranberries and you have a great dinner in less then one hour.

    Works well with pork too!

    We use left over pork chops or pork roast and just heat up the ingredients as the recipe says and it is awesome!
