pound 90% extra lean ground beef
cups sliced mushrooms (we like a mix of fresh white, cremini, shiitake and/or oyster mushrooms)
large onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
cups Swanson® 50% Less Sodium Beef Broth
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Cremini & Shiitake Mushroom Soup
cups uncooked fusilli corkscrew pasta
cup frozen peas
cup sour cream
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Season the beef as desired. Cook the beef in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.
Add the mushrooms and onion and cook for 3 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the broth, soup, water and fusilli and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 18 minutes or until the fusilli is tender. Stir in the peas and cook for 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in the sour cream and Worcestershire. Season to taste. Serve hot topped with chopped fresh chives, if desired.
