    cups water

  • 8

    ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken in half

  • 1/4

    cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2

    cup chopped fresh basil leaves

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the sauce, water and spaghetti in a 6-quart saucepot and heat over medium-high to a boil.  Cover.  Reduce the heat to medium-low.  Cook for 20 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.  Stir in the cheese and basil.

  • For even more mushroom flavor, stir in some sauteed mushrooms.

    One Pot Mushroom Spaghetti

    I've made this several times and I really enjoy it. I live alone and I have leftovers for a couple more meals. And one pot? What could be easier.
