    Oven-Baked Catfish

This recipe is really good and super easy. To make it even lower calorie just take out the butter. My husband is a very picky eater and he had two servings!

    Tasty...But A Few Tips

I liked this recipe, but I noticed it would help a lot if you process the cornbread crumbs in the food processor before dipping the catfish in the seasoning. I used an off-brand and noticed the chunks of seasoning were too large. Also, do NOT mix the whipped egg on the bottom of the baking dish...as it will cause the cornbread mixture to stick to the bottom of the pan terribly.
