How to Make It

Line a baking sheet with the wax paper.
Beat the confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, butter and milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until the mixture is smooth.  Shape the peanut butter mixture into 24 balls (about 2 teaspoons each).  Place the balls onto the baking sheet.  Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Place the chocolate and oil into a medium microwavable bowl.  Microwave on MEDIUM for 30 seconds.  Stir.  Repeat until the mixture is melted and smooth. Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture, using a toothpick to hold the ball.  Place the dipped balls onto the baking sheet.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
Microwave the remaining chocolate mixture on MEDIUM for 30 seconds.  Stir.  Repeat until the mixture is melted and smooth.  Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the chilled balls.  Let stand until firm.

Recipe Tips

  • Tip: Use Reynolds® Color Plastic Wrap with EZ Slide™ Cutter to make individual nests for the bonbons.  To make a nest, place a 6-inch square of plastic wrap onto a flat surface.  Place your thumb in the center of the plastic wrap.  Swirl the wrap clockwise until it forms a tight nest.  Place a bonbon into the center of the nest.
