Penne alla Fresco with Texas Toast

Fast and affordable meal. Family enjoyed it. Could have had a bit more flavor/spice for us. We will just tweak it a bit next time. Will definitely make it again.

Penne alla Fresco with Texas Toast

It's very easy to make. My family enjoyed it. I did omit the red pepper because I didn't have any. It's a nice alternative to spaghetti.
