    Pretty darn tasty

I got this in a Campbells' email today and decided to try it. For a guy, I'm a decent cook (no gourmet) but I'm on the lazy side. And this was so easy!! I used a large, burrito size flour tortilla and had to cook this about 15 mins. At 10 mins, it was too soft and floppy. I used leftover taco-seasoned hamburger and italian seasoning, with On The Boarder salsa that I blend (no chunks for dipping) and used Monterrey Jack. Next time, I'll try with mozzarella and no taco seasoning. And since the tortilla was large, I used a pizza cutter to cut into 6 slices. These would also be great to be made up ahead of time, and served as finger foods for a party.

    Pepperoni Tortilla Pizzas

This was a fun family dinner. I put all the toppings for the pizza on the table and let the kids make their own. Everyone had fun, and you can use everything. Also it was great for being on a low carb diet. All you need is your low carb tortillas, and you have a very healthy dinner.
