    Picante Brunch Quiche

Sauteed and added turkey sausage, onion, mushroom and sofrito (Spanish tomato base with peppers, onions, etc included from Goya) and diced tomatoes. Me and my hungover roommates loved it!

    Picante Brunch Quiche

I made this for Memorial day brunch and everyone loved it. I added ham instead of bacon. laid few layers of sliced ham on the bottom. This was fast and easy. Made two and was able to whip up another in a few minutes.

    Picante Brunch Quiche

I love this quiche. It's something that is tasty and easy to make. It also tastes good using turkey bacon. It can easily be made low-fat.
