tablespoon vegetable oil
small green pepperor yellow bell peppers, cut into 2-inch-long strips
cup sliced fresh mushrooms(about 3 ounces)
teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
cup Pace® Picante Sauce - Medium
medium tomato, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
ounces (about 3/4 of a 1 pound package) tube-shaped pasta (ziti), cooked and drained (about 4 cups)
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the peppers, mushrooms, basil and garlic powder to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
