How to Make It

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the picante sauce, barbecue sauce and green onions in the skillet. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the rolls.

    Picante Sloppy Joes

    This was great. I did not have green onions so I added a regular onion and it was wonderful. It is easy to make and if you let it simmer for about fifteen minutes, it pulls all the flavors together. It tastes like you cooked it all day. I will make this again. Leftovers are wonderful as well.
