Pork Chops and Mustard Onion Gravy

There was no conversation at the table while everyone was eating. We were all in love with the food and totally enjoyed this dish. This will be one of our favorites. (Going to try the onion/mustard addition to other flavors of gravy!)

Pork Chops and Mustard Onion Gravy

For a slightly different flavor try Dijon mustard instead of spicy brown mustard.
