Sautéed boneless pork chops are a great dinner option...here, we add an easy to make mustard-onion gravy that adds terrific flavor to both the chops and the accompanying mashed potatoes.

pound boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick (about 4 chops)
tablespoons all-purpose flour
tablespoon vegetable oil
large onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Golden Pork Gravy
tablespoon spicy brown mustard
cups hot mashed potatoes
Coat the pork with the flour.
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides.
Add the onion to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the onion is tender.
Stir in the gravy and mustard and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the pork and gravy mixture with the potatoes.
