    cups Pepperidge Farm® Cornbread Stuffing

  • 1 1/4

    cups water

  • 1/4

    cup (1/2 stick) butter

  • 1 1/2

    pounds boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick (about 6 chops)

  • 1

    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup

  • 1/3

    cup milk

  • 1/2

    cup shredded Cheddar cheese

How to Make It

Step 1

Prepare the stuffing with the water and butter according to the package directions.

Step 2

Spoon the stuffing across the center of a 3-quart shallow baking dish.  Place the pork on each side of the stuffing.

Step 3

Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl.  Pour the soup mixture over the pork.  Cover the baking dish.

Step 4

Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.  Sprinkle with the cheese.

    Tough chops..

    Flavor was wonderful, descent amount of gravy to add with stuffing. The chops were about 3/4 inch thick, but they were tough as all get out..they cooked too long. Will back it up to 20-22 minutes, take out and let the heat finish cooking. At 400, i should have figured..but the taste was great. Did 4 chops.

    Great for a busy weeknight!

    Super easy and tasty....didn't have cream of celery so used cream of mushroom which worked well.

    Added to the dinner rotation

    The family loved this one so much they wanted it added to the regular rotation of meals. This was easy to make and tasted soooo good.

    I browned the pork chops first, used the pork stove top stuffing mix and golden mushroom soup plus skipped the cheese. mmmmm
