Talk about great flavor!  Pineapple, garlic and teriyaki sauce combine to make these 35-minute, sautéed pork chops a cook's dream come true.

    tablespoon olive oil

  • 1

    pound boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick (about 4 pork chops)

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 2

    green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

  • 1

    can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup

  • 1

    can (about 8 ounces) canned pineapple in juice(chunks), drained, reserving juice

  • 2

    tablespoons teriyaki sauce

  • 3

    cups hot cooked white rice

How to Make It

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.  Remove the pork from the skillet.
Add the garlic and onions to the skillet and cook and stir for 1 minute.  Stir in the soup, pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce and heat to a boil.  Cook for 5 minutes or until the soup mixture is slightly reduced. Return the pork to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Stir in the pineapple.  Cook for 5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.  Serve the pork and sauce with the rice.  Sprinkle with additional sliced green onion, if desired.

    Yum!

    I have a habit of overcooking chops but this recipe made them moist and tasty!

    Pork Chops Teriyaki

    I made this recipe and it was very easy to make and very good also. My family LOVED IT!! I added green and red peppers also for color and flavor. it was good.

    Pork Chops Teriyaki

    Excellent! Very easy to prep, and even clean up as you cook. Taste was soup-erb...although the family could not figure out it was soup based! Pineapple tidbits would work better though.

    Pork Chops Teriyaki

    Pretty good! I didn't have teriyaki so I used a soy-wasabi sauce instead and an extra TBSP. Also, I think I will use crushed pineapple next time instead of chunks. Also added cut up mushrooms at the end since we love mushrooms as well.
