cup Idaho buttery homestyle instant mashed potato flakes
cup shredded Cheddar cheese(about 1 ounce)
teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Heat the oven to 400°F.
Stir the potato flakes, cheese and oregano on a plate.
Brush the chicken with mayonnaise on both sides and coat with the potato mixture.
