    cup milk

  • 1

    tablespoon minced garlic

  • 3 3/4

    cups cooked farfalle (bow tie) pasta or your favorite pasta ,drained (about 1/3 package)

  • 1

    package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas)

  • 12

    ounces cooked medium shrimp or 1 can (12 ounces) shrimp, drained

  • 1

    can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained

  • 1/4

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

Stir the soup, milk and garlic in a 3-quart saucepan until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the pasta, vegetables, shrimp and mushrooms and cook over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.  Sprinkle with the cheese.

    A "Keeper"

    I made this for my wife as it sounded like something she would enjoy. (I didn't like the sound of all the mixed vegies] Not only was she impressed, so was I. I am looking forward to making it again.

    Primavera Shrimp

    I was skeptical about trying this dish but when i tasted it.... it was probably one of the most wonderful,and flavorful dishes I've ever taste..... I give this recipe 4 out of 4 gold stars!
