  • 1/2

    teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

  • 2

    medium plum tomato, thinly sliced

  • 2

    ounces mozzarella cheese, cut up

    fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

How to Make It

Spray the top of each bread slice with vegetable cooking spray and sprinkle with the oregano.  Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the bread slices, oregano-side down, and cook until they're lightly browned. Turn the bread slices over. Top the bread slices with the tomatoes and cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the basil.

    Good But better in the oven

    This is a really good quick dinner and I really like how it is a much better and healthyer option that having greasy regular pizza...word of advice though I find it much better to bake in the oven for a couple minutes till the cheese melts rather than the pan but it is good and a quick no fuss meal.
