    teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

  • 2

    medium plum tomato, thinly sliced

    ounces mozzarella cheese, cut up

How to Make It

Step 1

Spray the top of each bread slice with vegetable cooking spray and sprinkle with the oregano. 

Step 2

Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the bread slices, oregano-side down, and cook until they're lightly browned. Turn the bread slices over.

Step 3

Top the bread slices with the tomatoes and cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the basil.

    Good But better in the oven

    This is a really good quick dinner and I really like how it is a much better and healthyer option that having greasy regular pizza...word of advice though I find it much better to bake in the oven for a couple minutes till the cheese melts rather than the pan but it is good and a quick no fuss meal.
