    package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Shells

  • 1

    cup heavy cream

  • 1/3

    cup confectioners' sugar

  • 1/4

    cup crème fraîcheor sour cream

  • 1/2

    cup raspberries

  • 1/2

    cup sliced strawberries

  • 1/2

    cup blueberries

How to Make It

Step 1

Prepare the pastry shells according to the package directions.

Step 2

Beat the cream and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.  Fold in the crème fraiche.

Step 3

Spoon 2 tablespoons whipped cream mixture into each pastry shell.  Top each with 1 tablespoon berries.  Repeat the layers.  Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped cream mixture and 1 berry.  Sprinkle with additional confectioners' sugar, if desired.

    Very simple

    This reciepe is very quick and easy. I used sweetened creme fraiche that I made. It is very simple make. Creme Fraiche: 1 cup heavy whipping cream, room temp 1 tbsp buttermilk(or 1/2 cup sour cream), room temp 1 tbsp powdered sugar In a jar with a lid, place whipping cream and buttermilk (or sour cream); cover securely and shake 15 seconds. Set aside at room temperature for 24 hours or until very thick. Stir once or twice during that time. NOTE: Cream will thicken faster if the room is warm. *I used buttermilk and this recipe was excellent!

    Served these on the 4th of July and everyone loved them. Super easy to make and delicious. I made it with the sour cream - super simple to put together and looks really impressive!

    I made it with whipped cream and sour cream because I couldn't find creme fraiche. It was very good.
