    I make this every year!

This is such a wonderful part of the Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loves it. Easy to make ahead and not have to worry about. Very simple too.

    Best Cranberry Relish Recipe!!

This is so simple and delicious. Make a day in advance for the best flavors. I also used the bottom half of a broiler pan, that worked best. I like it hot or cold. With turkey, chicken, pork, warmed over vanilla ice cream or just by itself. My family all requests this one too.

    good recipe.

yes.....peel the oranges and also remove the "meat" of the orange from the inner skins which tend to be a bit bitter. i also add some pecan bits and chopped apples (peel & core the apples too) to this recipe. makes a great dish. it does need to be made at the very least one day ahead because the sugar needs to forment in order to sweeten the cranberries enough. hope you all enjoy it.....

    Great with sweet oranges.

When your oranges are not as sweet as you would like, add 2 Tablespoons of Gran Marnier or an orange liquor and you'll enjoy it....maybe it would work if you had NO orange.

    peeled oranges?

Do you peel the oranges? I didn't know if the roasting softened the rinds to make them edible, or we are just supposed to assume that of course you peel them.
