cup roasted red bell pepper
can (about 15 ounces) white navy beans, rinsed and drained
tablespoons olive oil
teaspoon ground black pepper
cup crumbled feta cheese
tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
of a 10-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® Cracker Trio(about 48 crackers)
Place the roasted peppers, beans, oil, black pepper and 3 tablespoons cheese into a food processor. Cover and process until the mixture is smooth.
Spoon the roasted pepper mixture into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the parsley. Serve with the crackers.
