You don't need to be a pastry chef to decorate these festive cupcakes...just a few pretzels, some gum drops and candy coated chocolate candies. What fun for the kids!

paper or foil baking cup
package (about 18 ounces) white cake mix
container (16 ounces) chocolate frosting
large red gum drops
green candy coated plain chocolate pieces
ounces (about 48 mini) hard pretzel
Heat the oven to 350°F. Place the baking cups in muffin pans and set aside. Prepare the cake mix according to the package directions for 24 cupcakes. Spoon the batter into the baking cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centers of the cupcakes comes out clean. Cool the cupcakes completely on wire racks.
Frost the cooled cupcakes with the chocolate frosting.
Decorate the cupcakes with a gumdrop for the nose, green candies for the eyes and pretzels for the antlers.
