cups Pace® Salsa Verde
large red bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
mango, peeled, pitted and diced (about 1 cup)
tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Stir the salsa, pepper, corn, beans, mango and cilantro in a medium bowl. Season to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

My husband loved this but not my kids. Also I couldn't find Garlic Lime Verde salsa anywhere so I just used Verde salsa. It was very runny so I will have to do better at draining the black beans. My husband thought it would be a better dip for chips than a salad.
