cups Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa
pounds ground beef
cup finely crushed tortilla chips
green onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
Thoroughly mix 3/4 cup salsa, beef, egg, tortilla chips and green onions in a large bowl.
Place the beef mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with the remaining salsa.
Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let the meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
