    pounds uncooked shrimp(26-30 count), peeled and deveined

    cloves garlic, minced

    jar (16 ounces) Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa

    cups long grain white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 6 cups)

How to Make It

Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and garlic. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir the salsa in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through. Serve the shrimp mixture with the rice.

    I wonder if this would have been better with Pace

    My store does not carry Pace Salsa Verde, but I was able to find a different brand in the ethnic aisle. It might have been the brand, but it came out super spicy. I liked it; it was a little much for my husband. Over all, it was a nice fast meal to put together. We had it with wild rice.
