    cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

    cup shredded Cheddar cheese

How to Make It

Step 1

Cook the sausage in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

Step 2

Stir the water, parsley, corn and cheese in the skillet. Add the stuffing and stir lightly to coat. Spoon the stuffing mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and cover the dish.

Step 3

Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the stuffing mixture is heated through.

    Excellent Recipe!

    Made this for Thanksgiving 2014. Very easy to follow & you get good results. However, I did make a change to the recipe. The recipe called for 10 oz of water (11/4 cups) I used 14 oz of chicken stock instead. I noticed that when I mixed everything together is seemed a little dry. I also added 3/4 of chopped toasted walnuts (for the crunch). This was just yummy! Next time around I'm thinking of using vegetable stock to see if I like that flavor as well.
