    can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained

    pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Classic Roasted Chicken

    medium red bell pepper, cut in half lengthwise and seeded

How to Make It

Step 1

Set the oven to 400˚F. Cook the turkey in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir in the rice, tomatoes and sauce.

Step 2

Place the pepper halves, cut-side up, into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Spoon about 1/2 cup turkey mixture into each pepper half, mounding the mixture in the center.

Step 3

Bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the peppers are tender-crisp. Sprinkle with the cheese.

    Ptreety good

    I subbed brown rice (a little extra fiber) and added some chopped baby spinach (it REALLY needs a bit of extra color in the filling--and extra veggies never hurt.). Also decided filling needed a bit of "oomph" so added some sauteed onion and garlic to it.
