cup Swanson® Chicken Broth(Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
cup cut-up fresh broccoli
cup cut-up fresh cauliflower
cup cut-up fresh carrot
cup cut-up fresh celery
Heat the broth and vegetables in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain the vegetables.

I make this all the time, and it's a hit! Since we love steamed vegetables in our house, I usually put the broth in a pot and then add the vegetables to a steamer basket and cook them that way. When they're done to our taste, I drizzle just a tad of the heated broth over the top! YUMMY!!
