    Very tasty potato dish

This recipe is exactly like my own potato concoction I have been making for years! And I love using cream of celery in place of boring cream of mushroom soup. Adding cheese gives it a little bit of different, but nice, taste.

    Outstanding

I changed out the celery soup for cream of mushroom, and I added 3 oz. smoked cheddar cheese cubed. My wife and I both thought it was OUTSTANDING, and may use it in place of mashed potatoes forThanksgiving

    This is really nice!

I sauteed the onion in butter and olive oil. So glad there was cream of celery in the cupboard. Didn't add any cheese, that's for tomorrow's mac n cheese.

    Scalloped Potato-Onion Bake

I first tasted these potatoes at my Aunt's house when I was just 12 years old. Since then I have used this recipe over and over again and it is still a favorite request when the "kids" and grandkids come over for dinner!
