each fresh basil leaves, chopped
red bell pepper, cut into strips and marinated in balsamic vinegar
ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Ecce Panis Semolina Loaf, cut in half lengthwise then crosswise
cup balsamic vinegar
teaspoon crushed red pepper
Layer the basil, tomato, red pepper strips and cheese on the bottom bread halves. Top with the top bread halves.
Stir the vinegar and crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Serve with the sandwiches for dipping.
