    Great recipe

My fiances favorite! I use Pictsweet Vegetables for Stew, 24 oz bag. You can get them in the frozen vegetable section at walmart. Everyone loves those vegetables when I make it. Wish I could post the picture of my stew on here it looks better than the one they have.

    So easy!

I've been making this quick stew for years, before I saw this recipe! I add the cubed the meat to a couple of tbsps of oil in my pressure cooker, then sprinkle with flour & brown well. I add the soups & one soup can of water and cook under pressure 30 minutes. When the meat is tender, I add some dried thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, and southern style hash brown potatoes because they're cubed rather than shredded, and frozen mixed veggies and just simmer to heat everything through. We eat our stew over hot rice.

    Super Easy and Takes Great!!

I have been making this recipe for a couple years now. I usaully make this with my lefts from a Roast. Then I chop it up and throw it back in the slow cooker for the day! It is so easy and good. I love how I just open all the cans and a bag of frozen veggies and it all just will turn out fantastic! Super Easy Supper!!

    Shortcut Beef Stew

My husband and I loved it, only thing I did differently was add a tbsp of A1 sauce and had biscuits with it.
