    Quick and Easy Meal

This was a very good recipe, however 3 cups of rice is WAY too much. There wasn't enough sauce and shrimp for 3 cups of rice. However it was very good.

    Pretty good

I used thawed frozen shrimp and added white wine to the sauce. Moved all good, but baking shrimp makes the texture kind of weird. Next time I'll saute the shrimp and just pour some sauce on each serving.
